Probably just the people if I am been totally honest.

Cons

No real leadership Too many cooks 90% of the time, so you end up going in circles rather than getting anything done. No work-life balance with them at all. Way below the average pay! Management doesn't seem to have a clue what they are doing, a lot of them are only in the position as they have been at the company for a long time and no necessarily in the position because they are knowledgeable. Management has a habit of surrounding themselves with yes men.
