Pros
I work for South African National Space Agency (your system did not allow me the option). Satellite design and development belongs into the complex program category, one is delving into new things all the time, and that makes it interesting. The CEO is NOT Sony Prasad
Cons
I am an engineer, and I have to work with scientists; they are a different category of people, they have no notion of time and money, and they can become a liability on a program if not closely monitored
