Pros
Most of the people are really and easy going and nice to work with. They seem genuine and are the type that you can hang around with outside of work. This why I give it three stars for culture. They are willing to work with new people in the work force.
Cons
1. The few people that aren't nice to work with are those that matter most, the decision makers. 2. No reviews or pay raises. 3. CEO is absentee 90% of the time running the company via his phone. 4. No one can do anything without CEO approval. 5. The CEO gets mad when you don't do things on you own even though they need his approval. 6. Professional growth is non existent. 7. Revenue is tied to one key segment of the company and it is not 'new sales' 8. The is no operational workflow everything is done with random urgency. 9. Tasks are assigned with no end goal given. 10. The product is over priced compared to competitors, hence sales not leading the revenue.
