      Can start learning from scratch to build a career. Provide good entry-level opportunities for a fresher to any designation.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity from the core management towards deciding pathways for the goal achievement. It gets delayed and eventually, the end person loses interest in the project or goal.

      Good to work in Engineering dept Good to work for short duration

      1. No fixed working hours, which often leads to a lack of respect for personal time. 2. You will often be forced to work late hours. 3. The appraisal process is a sham, where favorites are prioritized over the quality of work done by an individual. 4. There is no standardization of roles, so you may find a peer doing the same work as you with a slightly different title and receiving higher pay. 5. Not recommended for working beyond one year.
