They are doing favour by giving you salary, No extra facilities, but expect all the hardwork from you.
Management doesn't trust their employees.
No appreciation by word, Work very hard for company,
Sacrificing your personal life and time even after that No trust.
Facilities only for few(favourism)
Not proper hierarchy, higher management interference into all things, all decision are taken by Founder and CEO and hence your supervisor word doesn't mean anything,
Even if you are promoted to supervisor, you can't take decision for your team.(that defeats the whole purpose of promotion)
You are just a labour, they don't care to turn employee into asset. If you leave they will bring someone cheaper than you.
Cost cutting is their best policy.
