    I have been working at Satmetrix full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great people, very enthusiastic and hard working. Efficient procedures and a no nonsense approach to getting things done. Good customer base with a lot of potential to grow successfully. The London office is spacious and is generally a nice environment to work in.

    Cons

    Not many, though inexperienced people may find it a bit daunting working with strong performing team members so it's just as well that Satmetrix are picky about who they hire.

    Pros

    Freedom and opportunity to achieve your goals and professional ambitions. Satmetrix is a company that focuses on success and allows smart, creative people to take the ball and run with it. It can be whatever you make for yourself. Honestly, it's a lot of fun and Satmetrix is in my bones. Beyond this, the technology is now world-class and all things are aligned for massive success in the next 24 months.

    Cons

    It's not for everybody - you have to have the right attitude and it can be an unforgiving place if you're not up to scratch and if you don't take control and accountability for your own career. We can be impatient, so people need to be comfortable getting stuck in as quickly as possible as a new employee or new responsibility/task - but, management is there to give you guidance and advice.

    Pros

    The Satmetrix platform has improved massively in recent years. It is now great to work with and the new features always impress clients. The office has recently had a facelift and perks such as regular massages and lunches are a bonus.

    Cons

    I'm always extremely busy and find myself working long hours on a regular basis.

    Allowed freedom to work as individual contributor, and you can be the creator of your own destiny.

    Cons

    Voice often not heard despite advertising a collaborative approach. Sales & Account Management staff turnover too high

    Pros

    Great people, strong culture, interesting focus area (Customer Experience and engagement) which can add substantial value for a business as it drives focus on the key internal and external areas of improvement driven through feedback.

    Poor management, no product strategy, little respect for non-headquarters staff

    very relax dress code (London office)

    Cons

    very poorly skilled managers (and not only in one department) bullying is considered to be a leadership trait absolutely no training whatsoever work/life balance is frowned upon bonus never gets paid

    Pros

    Everyone has the opportunity to shine and to innovate. The customer loyalty space is so fascinating and developing that there are always new challenges. Managers and directors will support you in working on new ideas.

    Cons

    You are expected to put in the hours - 9 to 5 doesn't apply here but the office atmosphere is friendly and enthusiastic and everyone is willing to help and advise. The previous comment about the challenge for new employees is true - there is no formal induction and you are expected to hit the ground running.
