Peopel are fun to work with. You can make a fair living when business is good. good place for 2nd or 3rd career.

Poor carrer job. The path is narrow and the destination is not worth the jurney. If you are older and have worked at good companies you have to be ready to put up with poor management that continually looks at leadership as a casual vue of the sun set.. They lack a plan, never evaluate, never tell you what is expected or how they can help. They just have no idea what they want or how to articulate it if they do. Keep in mind, this is a franchise dealership, not Saturn the company. The company will be a thing of the past in a few short months but the dealership has not been able to come up with a way to reassure employees that they have a plan for the future. It's a sad excuce to a business operation.
