I worked for smart save and at the start it was fine things were good. Then we were told that we had to travel to as far as ballyclare even know it says on your contact you are only going as far as Limavady. I didnt mind travelling but it means you left the office at 10.30 unpaid and not getting home to half 9 not paid after 8pm but the best thing is they don't pay you for travel so I had to pay the driver or if there was no driver I had to pay 100 pound a week in travel on the bus. The job itself was fine but every few months they made the commission harder to get. You didnt always get good areas to work. Some areas were back roads which I had to walk for miles. If you argued the Managers just said if you dont like it just leave so they dont care about there staff. If door to door is for you stay well away because there other jobs that offer fuel allowances and company cars rather than going to a small sales company with a bad turn over of staff.

None that was so much of a problem
