I have settled in really well, and one of the biggest reasons is how comfortable and inviting the environment feels. From the moment I arrived, everyone made such a genuine effort to welcome me — not just with introductions, but with real warmth and kindness. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and it’s the kind of place where you feel at ease being yourself. People check in, offer help without hesitation, and make you feel like you’re already part of the team. It’s made the transition so much smoother and has given me a real sense of belonging.

Cons

There aren’t any real cons. The only thing I’d mention is just being prepared for the amount of information that comes at you in the beginning. There’s a lot to take in, and it can feel like an overload at first, but everyone has been so patient and supportive that it never feels overwhelming in a negative way. It’s just part of getting up to speed, and I already feel more confident each day.
