      Fantastic training and mentorship coupled with a great culture emphasising organic growth makes this one of the most rewarding as well as pleasant firms to work at.

      Interview process can be rather unorganized.

      Pros

      From what it seems there is good deal experience for all analysts at all levels, nice office, nice to work in the consumer/reatail industry.

      Cons

      Poor management - even thought the founders may have been good bankers... they maintain a poor management style on the company. Very cheep company - salary promotions and bonuses are often put on the back burner due to deal volume.
