While it is difficult to read these comments, we appreciate the feedback and continue to encourage all former and current associates to provide us with constructive criticism. We work on our business every single day, seeking to create a culture that our team is proud to be a part of. We are a close-knit firm and live by our company core values of integrity, independence, advancement and commitment. Our culture is built from the bottom up, not from the top down. It is the team who decides who fits with the firm. We are fortunate to have some of the best insurance professionals in the industry. Their expertise, intellect and work ethic is second to none. However, the work is complex and highly competitive. Not everyone will succeed, particularly if they don’t have critical behavioral traits like honesty, intelligence, drive, flexibility and the ability to problem solve.
