consistent layoffs

Pros

Co workers are great. Never have a problem working with fellow employees. Unlimited time off was nice of ever possible to use.

Cons

3 layoffs in under a year and a half, each involving 20+ employees, says it all. Work for this employee at your own risk. YOU ARE NOT SAFE no matter what your department or job responsibilities are. You'll be reminded every day that you are the bug under the boot. You will wake up every morning wondering if you will have a job at the end of the day. Call themselves an Ohana... Maybe below senior management. Run by a double sided sword.

Looks Good on the Surface, but Terrible Underneath

Pros

For the three years I was employed here, I worked with some really great people and made some great friendships that I value.

Cons

This is one of the most mismanaged companies that I've ever worked for. They put a huge emphasis on the idea of "ohana" or in other words - family, but their actions are exactly the opposite. They've had 2 rounds of layoffs in the past 15 months yet they can afford to build a multi-million dollar building in downtown that they don't even need. The only positive of working for this company was my co-workers. Other than that, I dreaded coming into work every day. The company is run by a family so the nepotism is rampant throughout all of the upper management. Really poor pay, products that don't work, and a workplace environment that is driven by fear are just a few of the cons of working here.
