Pros

Good place to practise to gain some experience before moving to a real law firm but make sure to have a clear exit strategy.

Cons

The fact that the number of attorneys practising at this firm has gone down from 375 in 2013 to 307 in 2019 (do your research ) says it all. Sorry SRZ, but if you thought that people wouldn’t notice that you’ve recently added Law Clerks (i.e., persons not admitted to practice) to your website in hope to cover up the horrific number of departures - you’re wrong.

Pros

Willing to pay salary. Benefits is decent.

Cons

Really need to change Management. Been a biller for more then 15 years experience from different law firms and noticed that this place hire management within and she can't understanding billing at all. Is all show. The worst experience I have in the billing department. Can't wait till I leave this place. Never been in a place that is so micro manage. Weird thing is why do the department close out their month end so late? Fourth day beginning of the month is uncalled for. There has never been reviews about this department. After last month seeing what happen to an employee makes me question about the moral in this place.

Pros

Good comp like all firms Good benefits Nice support staff

Cons

One of the most sexist places ever. The lit department has lost about 15 women in the last year for a reason. Management has constantly ignored complaints about one attorney. It is run like a frat. You feel as if you are in a white frat even in meetings. If you are a white man, go there--it's your place. Anyone else, stay away.
