Toxic work environment with no training or support

Nothing good, HR hires you and the work location is very remote in some interior flat
Cons
They hire a whole team and training will not be provided as said on interview, you will be assigned job on day 1, they provide you an old laptop or system to search contact numbers of hotels in specific locations and should to randomly call people from google numbers and ask them to collaborate with them and provide contact details of parents who arrive thier hotels, you need to collect 100 numbers everyday from google and successfuly convert them into business, your calls will be rocorded and monitored by boss who frequently travels to bangalore to mangalore, then after a week they terminate a whole team without proper reason, there are few seniors who work in this team from few years they dont talk or mingle with new joinees they treat u as if you are alians and new joinees will be left out, Do not join here they are startup company and they experiment you for a week and throw out of team even if you work hard, such a nonsense organisation it is, dont get fooled here.
