      Salary, but only for young people

      Cons

      No progression for people unless your young starting in first response. You progress to MOJ then thats it. They don’t care about mental health (trust me, they have been sued for it…) They say free gym membership when your an employee however that hasn’t been available for nearly 2 years

      Majority of team are lovely and friendly

      Cons

      Some of team are just lazy and get away with it because management have their favourites. Training is non existent by people who clearly care be bothered
