      - Great learning experience and independance in projects. - Senior developer support and startup experience.

      Cons

      - Had to work overtime and on the weekends, be careful of months of burnout. - Onboarding process can be improved. - Did not receive constructive feedback on work. - Not great business outlook in the long term, no idea on when efforts will be reaped.
