- upper management has no ground knowledge, they keep thinking of stuff which is not achievable with their tech stack
- COO is heading the product and has old ideologies; does not listen to anyone; he will mention he is open to suggestions but in truth if someone even objects respectfully; he screams and subdues the person
- A lot of favourism
- I did not work for some time before giving notice; no one seemed to bother
- No product management practice established; it keeps changing as per the wishes of the upper management every quarter
- they will say they have a performance based bonus; but they really do not; acc to them if you do your job well; you do not get any bonus. If you work real hard and do overnight things then you might get a 4/5 but never a 5; most folks get yearly 3.5 or 3 and like 25% of the bonus or no bonus at all
- the compensation is not at all fair; for people at same level at say APM; when you confront them they say there are 3 levels inside APM too; APM a, APM b, APM c. only excuses on this really
- you have to go to office everyday since upper management is one with an old mindset and operate with the older ways only
