Pros
Small company with very focused vision. Family-type atmosphere, with real dedication by management; not just words on paper.
Cons
Sometimes feels cult-like. Small management team, while focused, also can be narrow minded. However, in their defense, they are open to new ideas if presented with them. Business side of company can be too "bottom-line" oriented at times.
