Pros

Great informational system from all the manufacturers. It was personally nice to help a customer receive what was needed and wanted.

Cons

Service technicians, were removed from stores, had to ship out anything that could fit into a vacuum cleaner box to get serviced. Receiving less backroom stock to sell to customers. Not receiving POS materials for sales and promotional holiday events. Cutting the marketing for the stores. Cutting the commissions on sales. Not investing in Sears.com, lost a lot of business. Mr. Lampert was detrimental to SEARS as a whole.
