Money, there are no more pros.

Cons

People were nasty Neglect of service users and when I reported it head office ignored. Complete lack of training Shifts were awfully managed

Exciting times at Seashell

Great employment terms and conditions, recent substantial increase in pay, flexible contacts to meet individual needs, employer who is interested in what staff have to say and develop staff to do a great job. New campus development is going to be world class - working at Seashell already rewarding enough supporting children and young adults but there is so much more great stuff as well.

Cons

It’s hard work, it can be challenging and it is specialist - you have to want to do it but if you have the passion Seashell will support the rest of what you need

Amazing, the work they do there for the students and young adults is just incredible

Cons

Had a horrible manager, a real bully. The only downside to an absolutely fantastic place.
