the company pays the Salary is on time. i was in a project so for me the work environment was good in project site offices, but too many politicians in the head office and problems for people who have interactions with them.

Only few people are good. No salary delays
Cons
Lack of culture and ethics Awful company structure Nationality dominance No Professionalism Poor salary structure Issues termination if the employee asks for an vacation or leave. Salary for all roles and far less compared to market standards. Micro management is very big issue with the company.
