      Very knowledgeable colleagues, always come up with some new analysers and tests.

      Cons

      its who you know in the company to get a promotion even if you have proved your worth. Being told you don't have experience of management and that you need management training but no training provided. if you want a career progression than go somewhere else.

      N/A Used to be a fantastic company to work for with a family feel

      Cons

      60+ hour work weeks on a 40 hour contract no paid overtime. Poor quality or non existent training Very high staff turn over Zero investment back on to the staff No fixed area. Contact states you cover a certain area which is thrown out the window upon starting. Company does not offer references when you leave and will refuse to give one to your new employer, this will only be discovered when your new employer informs you of this!
