Easy Jobs Come with Many Difficulties

Pros
Days go by fast here. For many staff leaving early from work happens often. School calendar schedule so enjoy many days off throughout the year you wouldnt get off at other companies.
Cons
Favortism, egoism run rampant here. The people who run the show dont know it very well.

Pros
Quick and easy entry into the world of education. Specifically, Special Education. Immediate hands on experience with small student and case loads. Gives you an easy entrance without being thrown in the burner from day one, so to speak. Easy going culture.
Cons
Way to easy to get into. Culture is too relaxed. Too much leniency with staff. Low pay. You'll feel overqualified quickly if you're even an average employee.
