      Pros

      Starting with the CEO and including many other extremely talented leaders as well as individual contributors, this company is led by passionate team members who truly care about our mission. Focused on how we show up to work every day, we serve our customers, partners and each other and the teams are continually striving to improve. Our global culture is emerging and it’s an exciting time to be part of the company.

      Cons

      Because of acquisitions and just a larger base of remote employees, there’s more to do around increasing connectedness and collaboration, but you can see it happening.

      Pros

      Sectigo is a company that has completely reinvented itself and I'm so glad to be part of this exciting transformation. Although a 20+ year old business, the new org has a startup vibe which makes everything seem possible, and our corporate structure is agile enough to make big things happen quickly. My colleagues across all functions are very helpful and hardworking people, our products are highly innovative, the senior management team is made up of industry veterans who are the best at what they do, and operates a no corporate BS approach which I find very refreshing. Communication is 100% transparent across the entire organisation, which is essential given the number of remote workers and offices we have. New ideas are encouraged, and the executive team always makes sure that the right level of guidance and support is provided to bring those ideas to Iife. People feel trusted and valued. I simply wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

      Not enough internal events bringing the whole company together.

      very professional company, with high standards and strict requirements colleagues from a multitude of countries work from home great health insurance

      Cons

      a bit too much bureaucracy, but it's expected due to the nature of the business benefits for Romania are lower than in other companies
