Pros
Sector Labs is a company that was founded by software engineers and former software engineers and the company culture reflects that. As a software developer I have the luxury of working on a new and modern codebase, that is written and operated by the same team. There's no-one to blame if something doesn't work. The processes are light and there are practically no team meetings, the focus is on one to one communication. The pay is good and the offices are beautiful and designed for individual productivity.
Cons
At Sector Labs you are responsible to make yourself productive and motivated, and this is quite hard. It's not everyone's cup of tea.
