      Some great colleagues who work really hard Easy product to learn Good work life balance

      Cons

      Hiring and firing a constant process at the top - lack of direction and panic scatter gun approach. Favoritism and personal agendas rife People too scared to speak up despite organisation saying you can. Have seen good people forced out when they did. Poor outlook for earnings and career progression.

      Pros

      Company is an amazing place to work with really great management. Had first hand seats to our growth. Throughout the team worked extremely hard to make us operationally functional throughout and were very supportive. Was promoted promptly and lived the "vibe" of the company. The CEO Pieter, is extremely approachable and hard working. Transparency is the name of the game here. They trust there employees a lot and measure on work done. The culture is fantastic and the company certainly sees you as a human being and not just a number of a employee roll. It was fantastic to see continued hard work turn into rapid growth of the company and it made working there very satisfying.

      Cons

      As I was in the EMEA office, the HQ being in Sydney means sometimes, unfortunate you can feel a little out of the loop, but that gap was being rapidly closed pre and during covid by strategic management hires which were really good choices.
