      There are a few good people.

      Cons

      It starts at the top. Small minded owner for a very small business. Office located in a small strip mall. Get the idea? Next-Bad management. Sales-Average sales person tenure; 1-2 years. Wear you down to nothing. Mislead customers to just get some business. Bad reputation in the technology industry. There are much better companies you can go to work for in the technology VAR industry where you will have a much better chance of success.

      Ummm, they had a roof and 4 walls?

      Cons

      Unethical behavior by owner and zero support for the sales process and efforts. Small company with owner who is arrogant, boastful and frankly, doesn't know business. Why is there such a large amount of employee turnover? See aforementioned items. Small fish in a big pond who makes up numbers and stats to gain business.
