Theres not many roles to move into unless youre a nurse, u can move into disease management or case management but as far as advancing to a leadership role, there isnt really any. Its a good place to get to know the industry but if you want to get into more advanced roles in insurance u just have to leave to a bigger company like Aetna or something. But Secure health is a good peaceful place to become seasoned for roles in bigger companies.

The office is always extremely quiet all u hear is typing. No one leaves their cubicle really everyone just keeps to themselves unless theyre assisting eachother.
The facility shuts down at 12 to 1 for lunch and u cant choose your own lunch time but the upside is u can eat at your desk whenever u want.
Theres a lot to remember in doing the work. Like a lot of different steps to remember for the different clients they serve.
