      Very toxic culture, worst startup to work for

      Pros

      Salary is good, with bonus and commission paid on time. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Very young inexperienced CEO who has no sense of direction. very few senior leadership calling all the shots. Lots of internal politics, they put numbers before their people. CEO can't work with any good leaders, a lot of senior leadership leaves the company within 3 to 6 months. Sacking people on a daily basis based on favoritism. Unless you are desperate to pay your bills, avoid this company. worst company i have ever seen.

      remote. which is also a problem due to lack of team in EMEA

      Pros

      Great culture, attractive benefits package, no micro managing, plenty of opportunities to progress. Very transparent company with their vision and actions. Great leadership and management team. Very much a people first organisation.

      Cons

      Hours can be long sometimes as some clients are in different timezones. but plenty of flexibility to work around those hours. There are all the challenges of a startup but that is expected in any startup, nothing concerning.
