Best to Avoid the company. Zero Professional and Personal Growth plus the humiliation.

Cons

The CFO of the company is a bully and loves to intimidate fellow colleagues. No employee redressal mechanism. No hierarchy, just obey your boss "CFO" and if you go against him, you sure will be in problem. Zero employee engagement. The new "Shared Service Center" is a complete sham and many professionals are being cheated. The CFO is recruiting experienced CA's CPA, however there is no work, if atall there it is all data entry work generally done by juniors is assigned to you. So however senior you are in you will always be a junior at Seder.

Totally a disgusting work environment with HOD's having capitalistic ideology. Treat you as animals. The managers think employee is slave and they think about your career.
