Pay is definitely not competitive with other Pittsburgh tech companies. The process around pay, compensation adjustments, and performance is still a work in progress. A lot of people seem to be leaving for this reason and it's a shame to lose talent this way. This is especially true if there are a lot of pros to working at the company otherwise. Like another review said, it's more costly to keep onboarding new people than to retain talented people. The revolving door of people, over time, is not good for team cohesiveness either, and also will look bad for new people that come onboard, as the company continues to expand.
