Pros

Great hands on experience, the company has one of the best training programs in the industry. Prepared me a lot for a myriad of client facing roles. Seeman Holtz gives you all the tools to become successful. Their training is top notch and management support is amazing. Hard to find a company that equally cares for their employees and clients. Amazing culture - great opportunity for those planning to start a career in the financial industry. Nice people - positive work atmosphere

Work can be hard but sticking with the training can get your career moving along.

Business model is big picture focused vis-a-vis a single product driven process.

Cons

Company recruiter overstates the opportunity. Provided leads are anything but viable. Days and days of cold calling results in zero opportunities. Absolutely no back up or support by management.
