Segment's product is exciting and best of breed, which makes selling it an enjoyable experience. You learn so much due to the fact you're working with customers across all industries, integrating with hundreds of tools across the mar-tech landscape. You really learn how businesses operate and use their tech stack to improve their business KPIs. Clear career progression and good management.
Cons
Integration with Twilio has caused friction and attrition, but those pains are easing, and it feels like we're accelerating into 2023 More in-person events to make up for the work from home culture would be great.
