Pros

Selina gives you opportunities to grow personally challenging your patience every day. You can be in contact with people from many countries. It is a very international experience. It's a growing company so you have opportunities to grow inside the company. You can learn all the skills of a fast-paced company

Cons

Management is bad, they don't listen to you and the make bad decisions. There are more preferences for people from certain nationalities or religion. Don't expect to go too high in your promotions. Too much work, low recognition of your work Toxic environment. Employees are always competing to don't get fired in detriment of the company's growth. The Board changes Directors and organisation every 6 months. Your position is always in danger. Board doesn't care about your mental health. HR doesn't help in anything at all. They are only available for payroll. Don't expect they are going to build a carrier path for you inside the company. They are also aware of the issues in the company but they are too afraid of being fired.

Very dynamic approach to work, great offices, awesome people.

Cons

Huge pressure, insane working hours, zero sense of security, terrible contracts that puts the worker at risk.

Pros

Location, front of house staff are great to work with

Cons

- DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS - Will not pay to fix anything, no hot water or heating, staff told to lie to guests paying hundreds of pounds. - Only care about ‘budget’. Hotel ran with no manager for a year, minimum wage staff forced to run the place with no support - HR team do nothing - No incentives whatsoever - Expected to find own cover if sick - Disrespectful and toxic environment - Condescending and patronising management - No training on system updates, just expected to guess - False pretences of progression, will offer a raise and then take it away - Will sell you a dream, Selinas ethos is health and wellness which is the total opposite of what you will experience
