      Pros

      A good salary for a small company.

      Cons

      The management needs to change. Very little loyalty to employees and sets them up for failure.

      Pros

      Interesting problem space; lots to learn and figure out. Lovely location by the water in Pt. Loma. Good benefits (for a small company).

      Cons

      They lost their focus when they went running after investment capital and haven't gotten it back. They no longer value individual employees. Management is top-heavy and doesn't know how to run a software development company. They have lost a *lot* of good people recently (2015-2016).
