      Pros

      Great leadership with a "family" outlook toward their employees. Great product

      Cons

      There were a few around some of the tech dependencies. However from what I understand now they have taken care of those.

      Pros

      Great team, great product, great atmosphere. It's good to be a part of a young company that you can help to shape, you feel appreciated and you know your opinion counts.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons unless you don't like hard work. We all work hard as a team but we reap the benefits..
