Pros

You get attention and support but products are discontinued without consequence analysis

Cons

No salary increase for 6 years. You have to justify and complain as there are no plan to take care of the employees. HR sucks and has never been active and talking with people.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, does it matter?

Cons

Rampant Favoritism: Promotions and project opportunities are based on favoritism rather than merit. Certain employees receive preferential treatment, while others are overlooked, regardless of performance. Toxic Management: Leadership lacks transparency and accountability. Managers assign projects based on personal bias and not on skills or contribution. Unmanageable Workload: Work is often dumped onto select employees while others receive lighter loads. There’s little effort to balance responsibilities, and management turns a blind eye. Lack of Career Growth: No clear career progression, mentorship, or development opportunities. Employees remain in the same roles for years with no discussion about future growth.

Pros

Good pay and good colleagues (non work related)

Cons

The company has developed a toxic culture of dumping workload on others and walk away without giving any heads-up or proper handover. A email out copying manager and directors and you have to own the problem without any warning. Perhaps this is how they have been treated and they do the same other people. This is common to new start where people will dump their workload on you when away on holiday but you have to work over holiday because of additional workload. As other mentioned no really any work life balance and senior management eg director above will have no idea how much workload you’re on. There are no career progression or goals. You possibly will be working the same job and title for the next 10-15 years.
