No pros whatsoever. Wish I had something better to say.

Cons

Forced to work 10 to 12 hours a day and could not take a single day off even if you have a severe cold. HR constantly threatened employees with termination if they couldn't work the 10 plus hours. A lot of discrimination went on in both HR and inside the production facility. Overworked and not allowed to take bathroom breaks, would be forced to work on lines while being sprayed with chemicals in the face by sanitation. Very dangerous work condition and mentally harmful. And no room for growth.

The money was the only nice part of Seneca. Part of the union.

Cons

Management is horrific, favorites are a real thing, don’t expect any positive feed back EVER, on job training documentation doesn’t even exist. Expect to live at Seneca 6 days a week 12 hours.

Lack of appreciation for long tenure employees they blow a lot of smoke and don't hold to there promises
