Horrible company and management all around

The company's upper management needs to be honest about their product so they stop taking consumers' money out of their pockets. They know that it is sub-standard and should go back to the research stage for further needed work. They are absolutely shameless by going around the legal boundaries to sell their products while everyone internally knows it is hugely problematic.
