      Pros

      This firm will give you more responsibility than most. You will be lead attorney on claims as soon as you join - for better or worse. Support staff is generally helpful and nice.

      Cons

      Success will depend on your partner. The firm only hires lawyers directly law school with little to no experience. You will be thrown into the deep end with very little support. If you get along with your partner and feel comfortable working largely independently then you will find a home. Some of the partners are willing to mentor young talent; others are too busy to tell you anything.
