      1. you get to work on some of the toughest business & technical problems 2. great opportunity to keep learning irrespective of the stage of your career 3. smaller company right now so a very tight knit team 4. Leadership has persevered through tough times, future looks bright

      Pros

      When I worked at Sentrana, they offered their employees a healthy benefits package, a competitive salary and flexibility in their work schedules. It was one of the best companies I have worked for.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is they didn't know what direction they wanted to go in.

      Pros

      - Highly technical CEO; full of creative ideas; able to dive deep into complex topics in machine learning and parallel computing with remarkable depth - Dynamic and vibrant company - Sentrana targets hiring top brains and also provides generous training opportunities for all employees at all levels - There are also numerous opportunities to learn via working on various dimensions - Collegiate, respectful culture with a healthy dose of humor, while being driven and type-A at the same time

      Cons

      - Demanding environment: this is not a bad thing for those who are keen on learning new things and keeping up with advancement of science and technology. - Sometimes, some inconsiderate individuals use Sentrana's generous investment on training as a platform to move to larger companies, such as Google, despite knowing that Sentrana has made significant training investment on them and relied on them. Sentrana belongs to talented individuals with moral principles. For instance, I had personally been sought by other companies and offered job at higher rates ($40-$50 higher than my current salary); however, for the above reasons (pros), I preferred to stay at Sentrana.
