Gin on Friday Sales and marketing staff are all lovely Scott at Sentrilock is nice

Cons

Poor management. Managers expect you to work before and after your paid hours, if you do not this is frowned upon and sometimes get called in for a meeting. No care for emotional wellbeing. Work provided is never good enough.

- Nice office. - Great product. - SentriLock was a nice site to visit.

Cons

- Management use bully tactics: To get you to work past your normal hours without overtime pay. If you take your full lunch break out of the office, to take a break, your performance seems to not be 'satisfactory' anymore despite previous month been 'exceeding expectations', because of working through lunch at the desk, - Staff who seem to have a bad day or week, get called into the office and shouted at by management because their performance is poor, almost like scolding a teenager for breaking something. None of the people I worked with originally are there anymore. - No career opportunities and if there were, not informed of it.
