      Family atmosphere coupled with a drive to success Great greenfield opportunities selling a technology that no one else matches Benefits, tools, flexibility all are top notch

      Cons

      Willingness to tackle new approaches Market presence is still less than perfect Too many sales prevention types rather than sales enablers, but this is true most anywhere you go...=)

      Employees are very cooperative and wiling to work together to make product improvements Communication between management and workforce is open and healthy Opportunity to help develop a product which has significant impact in the enterprise environment Customer base is strong Technical challenges within the product are interesting and provide opportunity for creative problem solving Work/life balance is respected Company provides various amenities for employees, e,g, free coffee and soda, bagels on Friday mornings, bi-monthly lunch time BBQ's during the summer
