      Pros

      It's basically impossible to be fired, positions are very secure unless the board makes something redundant.

      Cons

      It's basically impossible to see a terrible coworker fired, even with multiple complaints from numerous staff members at various levels - if you report harassment you'll only be told to change your own perspective.
