Pros
Great remote and office work environment, with extremely positive and human culture. Server Density is a complex product that gives frequent design and development research opportunities, it uses top tech stack and workflows are always improved and perfected. Although a startup, it has a solid customer base that gives room for planning and improvement. The team is contained thus giving the possibility to have an impact on product and marketing direction.
Cons
Being a startup the company faces the challenge of growth to reach the next critical customer mass, whilst also coping with the occasional lack of human resources slowing down some processes.

Pros
All the technology stack and work methods are state of the art and always pushing forward to keep the product up to speed. There's a great team and they are always there for you.
Cons
Server monitoring is hard. There are easier jobs out there but not as exciting.
