Where do I begin, The company hides under the word TEAM, they make you feel like you are valued and important to get you to stay and then the demeaning process starts, it's very similar to mental abuse, pay is very very low and not guaranteed, you can never depend on a set schedule or work the number of hours you want, the very people they cannot operate without they treat the worst, their clients should know this but they scam and lie to them, the best part is their last minute announcements changing schedule or policy as with the COVID19 saying we have compassion for our reps who need to take some time off unpaid, so if you need it do it, UNREAL, they treat everyone like they are DUMB, they are a sinking ship

Pros

It’s a job, unfortunately, better than nothing.

Cons

Dealing with greedy higher ups who Do Not Care for the ones doing ALL the work- the “calling” reps. No room for growth. Not a “livable” wage. ALL the sups work has been delegated out so they get high pay to do nothing while the ones doing all the work can’t even get a 30 cent raise approved. Upper management doesn’t care for the reps. Upper management only looks out for themselves.
