Pros

Individual teams and departments often have good people working their particular lines or focus areas, when turnover or burnout doesn't end up messing that up. Most of the people at the ground level and lower, site management are there to genuinely help people and serve those who need the company's services and help.

Cons

This company has become another casualty of too big for its britches and lost sight of the people who make them the success they have become. Their policies relative to how they believe they can control their employees both during and outside work hours is arrogant and quite frankly likely illegal, at least in the Commonwealth of PA. Don't bother spending years of loyalty to them anymore, don't even bother at all, or if you do, plan your next move the day you start and find something better if you're new to the field and just need some first levels of experience. In years past, before they got so big and wide, it was a well run company and made a good name for itself, which led to massive growth but with that success came with it the problems that happen to many smaller companies that become bigger names but don't end up handling the fame well. They don't really give you many paths forward for growth or advancement and professional development is performative mostly and not actually useful or pushed in meaningful ways.

Pros

The families. The frontline staff. The opportunity to make a difference—if you’re willing to bleed for it. Many people stay because of their teams, not their leaders.

Cons

Executives preach servant leadership but never embody it. You’re expected to sacrifice, absorb more responsibility without training, and stay silent while carrying the emotional weight of an entire system. Advocacy is treated as insubordination. Transparency is met with retaliation. You’ll be applauded for surviving the chaos—until you ask for support. Then you’ll be discarded. Incentives were created to boost morale and performance, and staff met the goals. Executives responded by not paying them, blaming the calendar, and rewriting expectations without notice. Policies changed mid-sentence. Roles expanded without resources. When mental health declined, it wasn’t met with care—it was quietly added to your file. If you speak up, you become the target. Unimaginable workload pressure, manipulation, gaslighting, and no concern for anyone but themselves. Executives receive bonuses of $50,000-$200,000, yet refuse to pay out incentives that staff rightfully earn. Patterns don’t lie, READ THE REVIEWS.
