Pros

-Company car and cell phone are nice to have -Training pay lasts 12 weeks and is a good safety net as you are learning. -Recognition, room to grow, and a good work life balance seems to be fairly attainable.

Cons

-Completely disconnected from employees, poor business practice and favoritism is left in place for what seems like decades, new employees with excellent ideas on how to help things run smoothly are completely ignored, and to throw salt in the wound they are confusingly encouraged to bring these ideas forward just to be ignored? -Seems pretty seasonal, you will go entire days with 1 or 0 calls and they will tell you to call dispatch and ask for them only to be ignored by dispatch. I have personally gone 5 straight hours in the field sitting in a parking lot without a call, reaching dispatch every hour on the hour. -“Proving Ground” environment, you will be told that until you prove yourself you will often be forgot about and calls go to more familiar people. The trouble here is it gets tough to prove yourself while being ignored and not getting shots in the game. -No team atmosphere and very poor leadership, i went most of my first 3 months without even having a sales manager.
