Pros

It's exciting at first. They get you all jazzed up. then......... crash and burn.

Cons

At first it was a great idea. But, the owners, one specifically has no clue about sales. there is no support at all for sales. They have not updated or have continues to evolve with the industry. They are falling behind and will be left behind. Large DMS companies have now come out with their own product or version of the tool which is basically plug and play for the service drive because they already have their system. I would call this product a one hit wonder and soon forgotten.
