      The salaries are quite alright.

      Cons

      Everything else really. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my 20+ years in IT. Micromanagement is king here, the company employs an army of bean counters that they call Managers and who create a toxic work environment. Expect this to get worse with deepening integration into GE Digital There is no training, no internal communication, no leadership, no strategy. The product is a nightmare to use, learn, configure and deploy. Technological debt is huge. Major parts of the product still run on Flash!

      Pros

      If you want to work in a company where you can get away by doing the bare minimum, deliver no impact and learn very little - Servicemax is it.

      Cons

      Servicemax has taken a nosedive since Silverlake CEO Neil and his band of fratboys took over. The CRO hasn’t a clue what Servicemax sell. No intelligence in the boardroom, zero ability to execute strategy and no clue about people management. Culture is built on fear and ineffectiveness. Toxic Environment.

      Started great, some real talented leadership originally.

      Cons

      Current leadership are way out of their depth - lacking humility, talent & maturity. Whether it's the profuse the cursing or the crocodile tears, this is not the behaviour of leaders....or adults for that matter!
